Replacement / Exchange – Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts for 5 Working days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. Product can only be return if it is has a manufacturing fault and is under warranty policy.
To be eligible for a replacement the product must be fulfill all the conditions below:
A defective product (For example: Manufacturing Default or Dead On Arrival)
The product / item must not be damaged or tampered such as but not limited to any visible scratches, stains, discolored, dent, broken or cracked and must be in the original packaging that you received it. If there is any downloadable / attached software or multimedia material / access to any of these type of products, those not be used, download or registered and have to return unused along with the product.
The product must include all original packaging items and accessories including the box, printed manuals or any other materials if there is any and all other items or accessories originally included with the product delivered.
The buyer needs to provide proof of purchase such as authorized cash memo or electronic receipts which should include the date of delivery received and the value and quantity of the product.
The buyer also needs to provide the manufacturing serial / UPC or any barcode generated numbers that is printed on the box or any packaging of the product.
Products that are NOT eligible for replacement / exchange:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned / replaced or exchanged. Perishable goods such as newspapers, magazines, books or poster or any type of printed materials cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases or any type of liquid or powdered form of products

Selected Pre-Order Items (Will be mentioned in e-mail / proof of purchase / cash memo before accepting and advance payment)
To complete your return / replacement / exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will either offer you a replacement if you are interested or provided the product is available, or an exchange or refund the entire money to you. This usually would take 30-45 working days (subject to the type of product and country of origin) to process and replacement or exchange will depend upon the availability of stock or shipping period.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or bKash / any mobile banking account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that we will not refund any money partial or full in cash. If there is any money that needs to be refund we will need either a bank account or a bKash account number or any mobile banking account number.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or *similar value (terms & conditions applied) send us an email at email@example.com.
*Similar Value – This will be applicable only when the defective or damaged product is discontinued or unavailable globally or Musicians’ Gears cannot provide it in the given time. Musicians’ Gears will have the sole right to determine this depending on the product and customer’s issue.
Criteria to fulfill for exchange items:
The product must be sealed and must contains all the items / accessories including with the box and has to be in the manufacturer’s packaging.
The exchanged product CANNOT be less in terms of value and this will exclude the shipping cost or any other tax cost.
Pre-Order items are not applicable for exchange under any circumstances. In case the product is defective upon arrival and the brand is not officially carried by Musicians’ Gears or not sourced locally from any authorized distributor / dealer then the customer must provide adequate time to Musicians’ Gears to arrange a repair or replacement / refund. Adequate time range will be 30-45 working days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should e-mail us first at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through our facebook page or given contact number. We will then give you a time to drop it at our store / office our business days and working hours. For products outside Dhaka City, it might take a little longer and you can courier it to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
